PRESS - MEDIA REGISTATION
1. Introduction
PARMEX VIETNAM 2026 cordially invites press agencies, media outlets, reporters, editors, and media partners to cover the event.
The "Press – Media Registration" page helps you complete the press pass application, set up your work schedule, and access official media resources.
2. Registration Eligibility
- Reporters, editors, image/video editors for online newspapers, print newspapers, specialized magazines
- Television channels, radio stations, online platforms (blogs, websites, social media with in-depth industrial focus)
- Media partners and PR service providers
3. Benefits for Reporters – Media Outlets
- Official Press Pass: Access to all exhibition areas, seminars, interviews with experts and event leaders.
- Press Kit: Includes an overview report, e-brochure, high-quality images, introductory video clips.
- Press Conference Area: Priority seating, sound and lighting support, tables and chairs, high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

4. Application Form & Procedures
- Personal/Organization Information:
Full name, position, press agency or channel name.
Email and contact phone number for work.
Journalist card/introduction letter from the agency.
ID card or passport (scanned copy).
Specialized reporting area (seminars, technology, businesses, environment…).
Estimated time of work at the exhibition.
5. Confirmation Process
- Fill out the Online Registration Form below.
- Attach verification documents as instructed.
- The Organizing Committee will review applications within 3–5 working days, send email confirmation & instructions for picking up the pass.
- Pick up press pass at the Press Information Counter (Area A) on the first day of the event (with original ID card).
6. Registration Deadline
- Priority: Register before January 15, 2026, to receive the pass early and the Press Kit before the event.
- Final deadline: February 28, 2026. After this deadline, the Organizing Committee does not guarantee the provision of complete media materials.
